    Fitness enthusiast, have you discovered specific foods that seem to help you (along with you exercise routines) burn fat?

    I’m not interested in tablets, supplements, drugs, and that sort of thing.
    Really, I am looking for personal experience answers.

    Also, name the veggie, fruit, meat, etc. item that seems to have helped you.

    Health experts have concluded that yogurt could help dieters lose up to 14 pounds, but the finding comes with a catch.

    Researchers at the University of Tennessee found that people who ate Yoplait Light Yogurt as part of their overall weight-loss program lost significantly more weight than people who did not eat the yogurt.

    The experts said yogurt appears to boost the body’s ability to burn fat, which makes weight loss easier.

    Dieters, however, should not rely solely on yogurt, according to the researchers. They said it works only in concert with a reduced-calorie diet and exercise.

  3. As far as I know, there is no food that actually helps to burn fat.

    You can eat light food (low fat, low sugar, low carbohydrate) and this, along with some physical activity, is very effective for burning fat.

    Remember that "burning fat" is actually using your body’s energy savings. So, if you do not eat very energetic food, eventually your body will start to use the fat to turn it into the energy it needs for functioning.

  4. Quite a few diet call for grapefruit as a breakfast item, since breakfast gets you going for the day and starts your metabolism I would assume it can’t hurt. I have also seen grapefruit extract as a main ingredient in some weight loss supplements, such as stacker2 without ephedra. I did those about 3 years ago and lost 25 lbs, 155 down to 130 in about 3 months.

  5. Fruits,meat & vegetables just eat fish & rice espeially chips,chocolates & chewing gums are good for health because i’ve tried these things like chewing gums are good for mouth
    exercise so don’t just imagine these bad things because like sugar & juice is bad for health &also take dose of daily three capsules & drink three tablets of Disprean daily
