  1. Has anyone ever tried the diet where you eat certain foods to create continuous fat burning ?
    I was reading an article where a person could lose 11 lbs. in 9 days and eat at least 3 times (or more) per day ! You do this by eating foods at a particular time of day. I don’t know which foods although it does say they’re not carb restricted, low calorie or fat free foods. They are certain foods that when consumed in a defined order turn the metabolism on to burn fat almost continuously. Have you tried it ? Do you have to eat strange foods ? Does it really work ? Please help. Thanks !

  2. thats what worked for me and my wife:
    you will need cucumbers, cabbage, green peppers, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, salt and just a LITTLE spices. Boil it all so it will be a soup. Eat these as much as you want for 3 days. Than make it all the same but this time add meat. Eat it as much as you want as much as you can. I guarantee you if you will survive 10 days you will loose min 10 pounds. The trick is that all those boiled veggies fill you up but don`t produce anything. So your body start to comepletely running on what you already have. I know, life without treats is tough but it worth it for one fast and efficient weight loss before some big day.
