ATKINS DIET WEIGHT LOSS CHALLENGE - Labeling On Foods Stalling Weight Loss?

While on the Atkins Diet for weight loss and fat loss, there is great caution in the “hidden” sugars and carbohydrates. It is said that they could slow your fat loss to a screeching halt if you are unaware of them in the labeling.

I check the labels of the meats and foods I eat constantly to make sure I am not consuming something that will inhibit my weight loss.

Although I have done this during my first 2.5 weeks into the introduction phase, I still am stalling in my weight loss on the atkins diet. Why is this?

Video report will explain what I am doing.

Please, post comments, suggestions, and help so that I and other may learn how to overcome these weight loss stalls in our own atkins diet weight loss challenge.

To My Success,

D

At the time of this atkins diet posting, I was 267pds, I had been in the INTRODUCTION PHASE for 2.5 weeks. My starting weight at the beginning of the weightloss challenge was 268. To date I have only lost 1 pd.

Fat Burning is my primary goal. I want to get to my ideal weight of 185 by February of 2010. To loss that amount of weight, I will require a tight regimen, help, and a lot of your support.

Professor Atkins, the pioneer of the Atkins Diet for Weight Loss, said a diet high in Protein and Fat and low in carbs creates a metabolism change that promotes your body to start burning fat for fuel. Although medically, this makes sense because it requires much more of ones body’s energy to convert fat and protein to glucose, does it really translate to weightloss or fat loss? Is it a scam?

I don’t believe it is, but only time will tell as I preform this Atkins Diet Weight Loss Challenge here in 2009.

Please go to my Channel and post great information that can ist myself and others in our atkins journey!
