What is the best fitness book out of these?
Although this is really biased….
I want to start getting into better shape. I only have my baby fat left, but anyways, I want to live a healthier lifestyle including my mom.
So anyways, I was on this website called Scoobysworkshop.com and I went to the Fitness Book section.
I found a list of books, but I was wondering which ones were the best.
The ones that caught my eye was:
1. Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto
2. Truth about Six Pack Abs by Mike Geary
3. Bodybuilding Revealed by Will Brink
4. Fat Loss Revealed by Will Brink also.
I want to know which one of these is best for my situation, and here’s my situation:
I’m not obese, but my goal is to basically live a healthier lifestyle. I DON’T want to be buff, but at the same time, I want to be muscular and have abs, like the skinny muscular type guys.
Then, I want to eat healthy foods overall, the book has to say things on nutrition, like what to eat (doesn’t have to be specific).
Then, I would like the book to have pictures of how to do workouts.
Thanks.
Don’t bother with buying expensive books. Just type in the keywords you are looking for in keeping a healthy lifestyle and you save yourself a good chunk of change. Ask a nurse or a doctor about healthy choices. Pick up a Good Health magazine. Most of these books you can find at a Barnes and Noble or any bookstore. Go and read them before you by. Just skim enough to see if the book works for you.
The link I have in sources are good ways to start. Just make a list at home to put on the fridge.
That will be $0
