  1. Losing weight, healthy diet, good foods, burning fat, gym, fitness?
    Okay, so, I need you guys to help me with my diet. Firstly, some info about me:
    -male
    -teen (15 yrs)
    -overweight (yes, I admit it)
    -height: 168cm
    -weight: 75kg

    Alright, so firstly, can you recommend me some good healthy foods to eat? Please say what I should eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner for 7 days of the week. 

    How long should I exercise for everyday? Please don’t say 30 minutes, I think I can do better than that. (btw, I want to lose 20-25kg-I am willing to be patient and take in any advice, so please, I’m open to any advice). 

    What foods should I stay away from? Potatoes? Ice-cream? Etc

    Thank you very much. And if you can, last question: How does exercising burn fat exactly? I don’t really get it o.o It just feels like waters leaving the body to cool off. But then it’s said that you exercise to lose weight o.O

  2. Hey, just cut down your calories intake and eat whatever you want :)
    I did that, without exercising i lost 1lbs in a weight.
    If you want a fast weight lost, don’t go on crash diet.
    Just exercise.
