Quick weight loss question or rather fat burn?
I’m 6′ tall and weight 169lbs. I don’t think my weight is problem but rather fat that remains in some parts and I can’t get rid of it.
University started this week so I have access to free gym.
I just want to burn overall body fat, nothing else. So what should I do?
I was thinking 30 minutes of cardio every day. Running(treadmill), hiit sprints once I’m in shape, bike, stepper/elliptical or any other cardio stuff.
Also I’m keeping okeish diet, no unhealthy foods and nothing loaded with calories and fats…
cardio will not do it fast. im a trainer and studies and personal experience show that weight lifting burns more calories. more muscle needs more calories. i guarantee you that if you lift instead of running you will lose the fat and look great afterward.

Sounds like a good plan you have.
I would do that 30 minutes of cardio in the morning before breakfast for maximum fat burning effect.
