This knowledge coupled w/yrs of experience prove to be quite an accurate & effective combination.

    It’s not bad for you but I would include a few smaller meals throughout the day to keep your body fueled so you don’t run out of energy.

    this is a really important concept. I think that for very overweight people, food should be treated as fuel only, not as an emotional comforter or a social lubricant. but for those people who are not morbidly obese, food is a huge part of life, both physical, mental, and social. It should be enjoyed in moderation.

  23. i eat 4 to 6 meals …
    i eat 4 to 6 meals a day

    fat foods mostly some pasta chicken salads

    i lift weights

    and i do joggin sprintin chin ups sit ups etc

    but im still very skinny

    can u explain that no didn think so
