And i also forgot to mention, im your classic nerd XD Im terrible at sports - except for tennis which im trying to get back into for the holidays. I wish i could play soccer, but i really just can’t. I enjoy the idea of it, and it sounds really fun but i hate being out there on the field and i hate being laughed at or yelled at for being really really bad. I don’t have good endurance, but i have a lot of determination which makes up for it.
Okay. So I’ve been working out for a long time now, but i only recently started workout out seriously. Before, i would only workout to maintain what muscle i had, but now i workout to build muscle. By the way, since i’m only about 14 (turning 15 soon) it’s really easy for me to build muscle and change my shape. However, i have this really bad issue with flab. I used to be able to eat anything and stay skinny, but then puberty changed all of that. I’m not obese, or even out of the healthy weight range - i just don’t like the way i look shirtless. I have visible muscle, but i can’t seem to get rid of the thin layer of fat on top of everything! It drives me crazy! However, recently i developed a plan which i think will be effective, but i have a few obstacles in the way. So the main issue i have is with belly fat and chest fat. I don’t have a huge beer gut or anything, but i know that i have strong abs. The only problem is that i have this dreaded layer of fat covering it. It’s also shaped really weird so i have this one roll under my belly which looks really gross. My other main problem with my chest is that i have kind of really small man-boobs. I just can’t seem to tone them properly. I lift almost every day (but never anything to heavy). I don’t bench because i dont have the right equipment for it. I do a set of push ups every now and then. If i feel my chest, i can feel that i have pecs - but the stupid bloody layer of flab on top of it ruins everything! The only machine i have in my house is a step machine. I use it sometimes, but rarely. I ride my bike for about 40 minutes a couple times a week when the weather is really good but i recently broke it - so untill i get it fixed i go for fast paced walks around my neighbourhood. I don’t run, but i walk really fast. I’m not going to run unless it’s with a friend. If it’s too hot or if i have to baby sit someone, i usually turn the music loud and start doing cardio excersizes i learned at karate. (Which i quit due to school) These excersizes are really tiring and make my legs hurt like hell! I really want to take up kick boxing but i wont be able to afford it, it will only leave me with about $6 pocket money a week. I’m completely off food from the canteen (Except the occasional chicken roll maybe once in a while) and i don’t eat anything oily or high in saturated fats. I admit, i do give in to junkfood more than i should but it’s just so hard. However, i have cut down alot. Eventually, i’ll cut down fully which will be good. I would say the worst thing about my diet is that i eat alot of rice. I Can’t help it, my mum is asian and it’s all she ever cooks! RICE! RICE! RICE! Every bloody night is rice and something! Sometimes she cooks something without rice - but rarely. I only really ever pig out on sweets and stuff on very special occasions - but i’ve decided to limit myself. I can’t not eat the rice because my mum goes through all that trouble to cook it - plus it’s either that or something worse for your body. I eat lost of fruits, mostly bananas and apples and i eat enough vegetables. So basically to sum everything up, i need help with losing that ugly layer of fat on my body (mostly my torso) which hides away my muscle but i can’t stop eating rice and i need really good, yummy substitues for junkfood
Please help! I’m desperate. OH and i hope to start getting obvious results by Christmas - and i’m hoping to be completely proud of my body by next year when i start at my new school. I know it’s pretty ambitous but i think im capable of it, especially since i just finnished all my exams and no longer have to concentrate on school!
If i can achieve this, then i have achieved something ive been fighting for for a long time!
Umm… Okay the answer to your question of how to get ride of the extra flabb is well. Just stand strate up an bend over like 50 to 100 times a day it works out your uper stomach an your chest its wa i do. An it works great for me an i do it everyday. Thats all i have that could help with that problom. I guess you can tell me if that works if you want but yeah thats all i have…
