Alright, so firstly, can you recommend me some good healthy foods to eat? Please say what I should eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner for 7 days of the week. 

How long should I exercise for everyday? Please don't say 30 minutes, I think I can do better than that. (btw, I want to lose 20-25kg-I am willing to be patient and take in any advice, so please, I'm open to any advice). 

What foods should I stay away from? Potatoes? Ice-cream? Etc

Thank you very much. And if you can, last question: How does exercising burn fat exactly? I don't really get it o.o It just feels like waters leaving the body to cool off. But then it's said that you exercise to lose weight o.O
