I am doing couple of different types of abdominal exercises for fat loss, i have worked out completely one month with abdominal crunches and cardio but my body result is very slow in burn fat at abs. I am sticked on fat loss diet structure. Here my question is,there is any great exercise for FAST fat loss at belly and effective to turn my body into six pack ripped with in short period of time?

How much time have to workout on fat loss at belly part per a day?

Hai,Iam daily workout on fat loss at belly part with using squat thrust and cardio exercise program.Here my question is HOW MUCH time have to workout per a day with these exercises to loss fat fastly and turn my abs into six pack ripped in six months of time?Please.

i would say 2 hours a day.. and any time you have to spare.
also by eating the right food.
lots of protien. no fatty foods.

What is the difference between weight loss and fat loss? Which of the two is recommended more than the other?

The difference is whether you are losing fat or muscle mass. By exercising when you are losing weight you will be sure to lose the body fat and not the muscle mass. You have to exercise at least 4 times a week. You need to cut all soda and junk foods from your diet not completely or you will feel like you are being punished. Use these things as a once in a while treat. You also need to put fresh vegetables and fruits into your diet along with whole grains. Cut out white bread and add stone ground wheat bread. You must drink plenty of water to help flush toxins out of your system. Don’t be in a hurry to lose the weight all at once it is not healthy. You didn’t gain it over night you can’t expect to loose it over night. If you fall off the diet one day don’t dash the diet altogether it is only one day and you are only human. Tomorrow just start over. Good Luck

Is my squat routine good enough for fat loss?

Hello.

Routine - 20 squats as fast as I can, rest 30 seconds. Repeat until I reach 300 squats. My heart rate goes up dramatically, and I sweat as hell. Also I need to breathe deeply.

Keeping that in mind, are the squat routine I preform every other day good enough for fat loss?

Why is P90X so effective for fat loss when it only has 2 cardio sessions a week?

In the "Classic" P90X program it only has Kenpo X and Plyometrics, thats only 2 days worth of cardio.
So how comes P90X is good for fat loss?
I’v always been told that 2 days of cardio a week is not enough for fat loss.

p90x have you done it, All the routines I have done are Very high tempo with short breaks and lots of moving fast, This is totally cardio and strength workouts,

Jogging for 30 mins is cardio ya?

P90xs gets your heart going way faster then in jogging, way more sweat, way more tears, pushup variation then jump squats, backto back with more after that. definitley goes down in my books as cardio, its strength too.

High intensity strength workouts burn more energy than low intensity cardio.
