What is the fastest fat burning pill for women?

I don’t need none of that "there’s no such thing" nonsense. I want a REAL answer. I have tried Revolution Abdominal Cuts but I don’t have the willpower to avoid the fatty foods and I barely have enough time to go to the gym anymore. I am 15 and I walk about a mile in total 5 times a week at school.

I need something that can boost my energy, increase my metabolism, make me more lean in muscle, and burn fat FFFAAASSSTTT in those stubborn places like thighs, lower and upper abdominals, hips, waist, back fat, etc.

Please help, I am a teenager girl sick to death of being made fun of (I even got made fun of AT the gym!!!) and wanting to feel pretty and BE pretty!

There is such a pill, however the health risks you take by using these pills are insane. You’re better off going to the gym(Crunch, Bally’s, etc) , don’t mind anyone making fun of you, use that as motivation to keep going. Try looking for a Beginners workout and create a diet plan that you can follow consistently. Remember Beauty is only skin deep.

Burning fat and gaining muscle?

I’m 15, 6 feet tall and I weigh about 150 lbs which I think is a normal for my age. But the thing is I just feel shitty all the time. I’ve decided that I just want to improve my general health, work out more, eat healthy, gain some muscle, maybe while I’m at it try to get a 6 pack or something, etc.

I was thinking just eat raw foods and having a good source of protein everyday. Fish, chicken, etc. Then also do 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weight lifting. Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated.
Well Chris, I want to improve my overall lifestyle not just in terms of nutrition.

You probably feel "sh!tty" because of your diet. Having a six-pack won’t do much for your overall health.

Look at what is in your normal everyday diet and eliminate the following:

Soft drinks
Animal fat
Dairy products
All forms of sugary or starchy foods
Fast foods of any kind
Fried foods of any kind

Try to eat these healthy foods (or more of them):

Vegetables (dark green are best)
Fruits (apples, blueberries, strawberries, dates, figs, apricots)
Seeds (chia, sunflower, etc.)
Fish
Chicken
Soy (Tofu, Tempeh, Bean Curd)
Whole grain foods (bread, cereal, etc.)
Nuts in moderation (avoid peanuts)
Beans & Brown rice (as a great protein food)
Legumes

Also, drink enough water which depends on your level of activity and other factors. You should be drinking at the very least a few quarts of water every day. This is important and no, you shouldn’t be getting your water from water based beverages. You need to drink plain water.

Eating raw is best, but you can and should steam vegetables as needed. I find that certain vegetables are easier to eat and taste better when steamed. Also, you can throw fruits in a blender and add some whey protein for a great meal drink. After whey protein, I’d go with soy protein.

My rule of thumb when it comes to food is - "If it ain’t food, don’t eat it."

If you eat food, real food, not foods that come with a long list of added chemicals, you’re on the right track. Eat food that’s as close to its original state as you can.

Gained 4kg in 15 days.. muscle or fat?

G’day, I’ve been working out for about 6 and 1/2 months now. It wasn’t until about 15 days ago did I start eating adequately (more than I burn or work off) in a quest to gain muscle mass.
I was 59.8kg about half a month ago, now I am about 64-65kg. I don’t notice any difference in size or any more/less fat on my body, but I suppose that is due to me seeing myself in the mirror multiple times daily.

I do adequate cardio, and in order to get my 2000+ calories I am eating healthy and relatively high protein, but as I am eating foods and not protein shakes to get these extra calories in, I am of course consuming a fair ammount of carbohydrates too. I’m only 13 so I don’t need them at my age.

I don’t have any pics, but on the basis of me doing adequate cardio and working out 3 hours a week (1 hr sessions, 3 days a week), what would your assumption be?

stop !!! your just 13 you have to eat way more if you want to gain muscle if your weight training hard 4000 calorie is about eat a lot but clean all that weight you gain in 15 days was water because you eat clean and train hard sometime your weight jumps up nd down because your sodium is low that a bad for gain muscle but good for losing fat and water your a kid you need to eat more your grow and you want to gain muscle your gonna have to eat more buddy if you have any more question email me at tsongos74@yahoo.com good luck buddy

How can I tone my stomach, butt, and thighs?

Types of exercises besides crunches (l already know that one) Also, how much of a difference does using those yoga balls make in comparison to the floor? Also, some fat burning foods? My goal is to drop 15+ lbs and make my thighs and stomach less jiggly, and my butt more firm. Thanks! I’m 5′ 5", 140 lbs, female if that helps.

Hey there Xeena (I do like your avatar). I’m really glad you’ve actually done some work of your own, searching for good types of exercises and plans to help tone your body, instead of just asking without having learnt something on your own. Nice!

Firstly, the Yoga you mentioned is more of a sport to increase your "flexibility" and calm. Not a good one if you wish to tone your stomach, butt and thighs.

Crunches are good, but I would "strongly" recommend Pilates.
Pilates has its core based on focusing in muscle toning and fat burning! It’s the perfect sport you should try out! Later I’ll give you a place for typical pilates exercises. It just takes 15 to 20 min a day to do. Very easy!

Now, along with that great workout, you must also combine it with some effective and healthy supplements!

I personally recommend the acai berry supplement. :)

The acai fruit pulp has a very high antioxidant capacity with even more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, or blueberry! Plenty of research supports eating a diet rich in antioxidants to promote weight loss and a healthy life.

My girlfriend tried the acai berry concentrated supplement and the diet really worked well for her. Let me add that it’ll aid weight loss by suppressing your appetite and increasing your metabolism a bit, thereby aiding in the burning of calories.

I mean you still need to eat sensibly, and combine at least some exercise(like the Pilates I highly recommended before) along with your diet plan.
Do not expect to indulge in barrels of ice cream and cheese, and then rely on your acai berry supplement to melt the fat away miraculously in 3 or 7 days. LOL

To make things easier for you, I’ve included where I got the acai berry supplement for my gf (for Free, lol and told her it costed me a lot..lol) from in the source box. They have a great program and the staff give great support! You may try for yourself :)
Following that, I’ve also sourced where you can get a great 15-20 min/day workout in Pilates.

Combine these 2 things, eat low calorie foods, and you’re good to go! The perfect weight-loss and toning routine!

Good luck, Xeena! Hope you succeed! :)

What is the best way to go about burning fat while still lifting somewhat heavy?

Hi, I’m wondering what is the best way to cut fat off my stomach and not lose any gains after lifting weights? I’m 6′1, 180lbs right now and I lift 4 days a week, 2 body parts a day with 4-5 exercises per body part. I do 3-4 sets per exercise.

I have a little bit of extra fat on my stomach that I want to get rid of so I’ve been trying to eat healthier and eating less fatty foods while I’m still taking 175g of protein per workout day. I usually do 15-20 minutes on the treadmill AFTER workouts on a lifting day. I realize more cardio would be better but I’ve read that lifting weights before can reduce the amount of cardio you’d have to do if you didn’t lift weights before. And I only do 15-20 mins of cardio because apparently any more and you lose out on some of the gains of your workout.

Is there anything I could improve on or a better way to burn calories and fat without sacrificing gains?

Thanks.

i do double crunches where you not only lift your upper body but also your thighs

Fat burning exercises at home?

I need to find some good exercises I can do at home to help lose weight. I’ve been using an exercise bike for a while and I’ve lost about 15 pounds so far but I’ve stopped losing weight the past two weeks.

I am on a diet, mostly just having cut out a lot of junk food and watching my calorie intake and what I eat.

I cannot do things like running, walking, etc. Pretty much anything that puts a strain on my back or ankles I can’t do because of some problems. I’ve tried yoga as well, I just need something else.

Does anyone have any ideas for what I can do?
Every time I seem to post a question about exercise suggestions I always get people saying it’s about what you eat to.

I AM ON A DIET AND AM EATING WELL.

Is it clear then? I am eating well, that is not the problem. I need exercise suggestions, not diet suggestions.

First off well done so far! its not easy cutting out the junk but sounds like your doing well!

exercises you can do depend a lot on your problem, however you are limited

are you able to do these?
sit ups
reverse crunch
squats
low impact jumping jacks (one leg out at a time)
floor sweeps
pelvic tilts
leg lowering
plank (along with toe tapping if possible)
one that would be good but difficult with your condition is walking up and down the stairs
tricep dips
press-ups

resistance exercises are great for buning fat, do them in sets of 10 and the circuit 3 times

if you can buy a swiss ball do make things a little more advanced, and a medicine ball to advance it further (these are not expensive)

feel free to message me with questions

I’m 15 years old and need a good, quick, fat burning work out!?

My situation: my family, who is filled with athletic people, say that I don’t have a bad diet. I only eat when I’m hungry. My favorite food groups are breads and meats. Because I’m not fond of fruits, berries, and vegetables, I take Juice Plus (a completely organic vitamin that gives you all the servings of fruits, berries, and vegetables that you need in a day). I don’t eat a lot of junk food, only once in a while. I don’t like many condiments on my food, so butter on toast, dressing on salad, etc isn’t a problem (because I know that they are usually bad for your diet).

I work hard in academics, and I know that when school starts I’m not going to have time to spend a lot of time exercising.

Now, I’m perfectly happy with the fat content on my butt, legs, arms, etc. But, when it comes to my belly, it’s quite a problem. It’s like just a big blob of fat, as if I had a pot-belly or I was pregnant, but mini version. It’s very embarrassing so I suck in my stomach all day. I’ve done that for so long that it’s almost second nature, but yet my stomach is still unattractive. I’m very self-conscious about wearing a bikini, and I don’t want to have to worry about sucking in my stomach anymore.

All in all, I need a stomach fat burning work out that I will be able to do despite my busy schedule when school starts and, if possible, will work fast. If you tell me everything I need to do, I promise I will do it every day possible.

P. S. I don’t have any work out equipment, and because I live in hell-hot Vegas, I would like to be able to do this inside.

Not a problem.

But you do still have to watch what you eat - bread has lots of calories which translates into fat. And you do need some more fiber which you are not going to get in Juice Plus.

The best way (and only way) to lose fat is by aerobic exercises such as running, jumping rope, using an exercycle or elliptical. You cannot lose fat in one area by working only that part of the body — this is call targeted exercises or spot reduction and it does NOT work. Being that you live in L.V., see if you can find a shaded area and do rope jumping for about 5 minutes straight. If no shaded area, then try fast walking at an indoor mall — you will need to walk about 1.5 to 2 miles.

The resistance training such as using weights are for toning and shaping the muscles. They do very little for fat removal. Here are a couple of websites with exercises that you can do without gym equipment - it uses only your body weight -

One last thing, it is good that you take academics so seriously. But to be at your best, you have to be at your best mentally AND physically. You are not just a brain and you are not just a body. You are both and you cannot ignore one and expect to be at your best. Make time even when school starts. I think you will find that your mind will be able to do more when your body is fit.

Best Fat Burning Exercises?

I’m 16, and am 15-20 pounds overweight. I want to lose most of it before summer’s over.
What are some good exercises that I can do to get in shape quickly? Also, what are some good foods to eat? I’ve been staying away from soda and candy for a few weeks now and drink nothing but milk and water usually.
A whole lifestyle plan would help too. Give stories of experience if possible.

Cardio: as in running, skipping, swimming, sports that elevate your heart rate is the best for overall fat loss. It is best combined with good nutrition. You should be drinking a lot of water, eating fruits and veggies, chicken breast, turkey, pretty much lean meats as they are low in carbs and high in protein

How can i loose belly fat without exersice?

I know what you are going through, as I too used to have a belly I was embarrassed about. I know how it can really lower your self-confidence. I found a great info site on abs and belly fat loss that really helped, with great workouts and diet tips. I now realize what I was doing wrong before, and in fact, what I think almost all of us have probably been doing wrong…check it out…
