Here are some things you need to know:A
Vegetarian-eats no meat. Sometimes no seafood. Vegetarian Typically eats: Dairy foods, all carbohydrates, Processed foods, unnatural sugar products.
A Vegan-has a strict interpretation of foods. NOT the same thing as vegan.
Eats NO meat, NO processed foods, and NO dairy products, NO white flour products, NO Eggs, NO seafood, NO foods with unnatural sugar(not sugar from fruit).Vegans Do eat:Vegatables, fruits, healthy carbohydrates(Ex: whole wheat pasta or whole grain bread), nuts and beans.
I recommend a vegan diet. It helps cleanse your body with good foods and helps you loose ALOT of weight and fat overtime.:)
Fiber bars w/ 90 calories! I eat those for breakfast that way I dont take in too many calories from eatig breakfast!
But I’m still fat so idk, I think its just a good idea though instead of wasting 200-300 cals on breakfast!
