People are saying you gotta keep a high matabolism. to be able to be burning fat is this true.
I really hate asking people about what foods are fat and which foods are not fat and good,healthy to eat.
Someone told me Everything that says "non fat and "light" in the stores such as dressing etc. is all of this a joke? or does it really have less fat. in it ? What dressing should i be putting on a salad.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A FULL LIST OF WHAT FOODS ARE NOT GOOD TO EAT.
I want to diet but i do not know what foods to eat i keep hearing different stories from different people.

also baked beans.
Honestly, its simple. To have a high metabolism can take time but what helps is eating often in small amounts. I eat every four hours. The biggest problem most people have is either portion control or lack of information on calorie/servings.
What to eat? Everything in moderation. Try to make your MAIN diet of your main meals fruit,vegetables, PORTIONED meat, meaning about the size of your fist. Whole grains are good for fiber. 1% milk and natural 100% juices are good in moderation. A glass a day possibly. Drink atleast 64 ounces of water too. It will make your skin look better and help you digest while keeping you fuller.
Remember you can have snacks though on occasion. Treat yourself once a week to a portion of ice cream or a small bag of chips. Unhealthy foods can be made healthy. Try home-made pizza or just buying a slice. Add fruit,granola, or raisins to cereals. Compare labels! Some cookies you get 5 per serving while Chips a hoy and higher calorie ones tend to only be two cookies.
Part of becoming healthy is doing research though. We can’t tell you an exact diet plan. You need to customize it to your needs. Look online for portions on certian foods, read the labels on packages, and eat on smaller plates/bowls.
