So i basically want to lose about ten or fifteen pounds and just tone up. i have my meals for the mornings squared out, egg whites and soy milk and whole wheat cereal. all that good stuff. And dinners r squared away too. i just need hellp with my lunches. So i went to the store and got a bunch of stuff and divided them into zip lock baggies for school. (5 bags) Here is what’s in them..this is based upon how many grams of fat and calories r in the pack DAILY
1 string cheese stick..4g of fat (3 of those grams saturated)….70 calories
ALMONDS (NO SALT, JUST PLAIN ALMONDS)…*Ok so the serving amount in the can i bought is 9 servings so im eating about 2 servings a day, so after some math here it is….25g of fat (2 of those grams saturated)…288 calories (130 of those from the fat)
1 NATURE VALLEY CHEWY BAR- the dark chocolate one (in two of the packs):…140 cal. 35 of those from fat…4g of fat (1g of saturated) then there is the original(in the other three)…same amount of calories and fat except there is only 0.5g of saturated fat.
A SMALL PACKAGE OF TRAIL MIX: …300calories (160 from the fat), 18g of fat
BEEF JERKEY: (im eating under a single serving daily but this is the single serving count-) 80 calories(10 of those from the fat) 1g of fat.
STRAWBERRIES: there are seven medium sized strawberries in each pack
thats it! im planning on eating the strawberries and the cheesestick around ten and the other stuff at noon. I was really surprised how much fat was in the almonds but they’re on the ‘fat burning foods list’. anyways, let me know what u think and where things need to be altered. thanks so much! (btw im vegetarian so please no meat suggestions)
