What is the best way to go about burning fat while still lifting somewhat heavy?

Hi, I’m wondering what is the best way to cut fat off my stomach and not lose any gains after lifting weights? I’m 6′1, 180lbs right now and I lift 4 days a week, 2 body parts a day with 4-5 exercises per body part. I do 3-4 sets per exercise.

I have a little bit of extra fat on my stomach that I want to get rid of so I’ve been trying to eat healthier and eating less fatty foods while I’m still taking 175g of protein per workout day. I usually do 15-20 minutes on the treadmill AFTER workouts on a lifting day. I realize more cardio would be better but I’ve read that lifting weights before can reduce the amount of cardio you’d have to do if you didn’t lift weights before. And I only do 15-20 mins of cardio because apparently any more and you lose out on some of the gains of your workout.

Is there anything I could improve on or a better way to burn calories and fat without sacrificing gains?

What is the perfect weight for me?

I am a 13 year old girl, height 5 feet 3 inches, and I wanted to know what would be the perfect weight for a girl like me. I also wanted to know if I am underweight? You are underweight, honey.

If you’re hungry at night, eat! But also weight train; it will cause your muscles to become bigger (and heavier) and those large, toned muscles will burn body fat when you do cardio. You’re young, so do low weights with lots of repitition. Eat lots of lean meats, like lean beef, chicken breast, and fish.
