What is a cheap, safe fat-loss supplement?

I’m looking for just a little boost of fat-loss. I’m within ten pounds of my goal (lost 15 already), but took the summer off for the most part due to circumstances beyond my control. I’ve probably gained back a little of it. So, what’s a weight-loss supplement that could help give me the little boost I need to make it to where I want to go?

loosing weight and burning fat!?

ok so im 15 about 6′ 1” and i weight about 177 pounds! i want to loose some weight to make myself more healthy. im not really really fat but i am kind of chubby in the stomach area and i want to loose weight to get a flat stomach! about a week ago i started doing 50 sit ups a night or more and i have a step machine that i go on for about a half an hour a night! plus i do some there activities such as skiing. iv also been watching what i eat and am staying away from junk food. what els can i do to lose weight faster ? and what kind of exersized would also help me lose weight ?

4 Photos and Joining online support group : Take before and after photos. There’s no easier way to illustrate your progress.
