What’s a good ABDOMINAL FAT BURNING workout?

Ok summers just around the corner and i dont even have THAT much but i have do have some abdominal fat and i would really like to burn it off now…. i’ve been doing curl ups and push ups and all this crap that’s not working. im 15 i dance, and play soccer but my seasons are off currently so i work out but it’s not really working….. and food, work out tips???? I JUST WANT IT ALL GONE.
Do the Fat X Program from www.FatX101.com. In less than a month i’ve lost 15 lbs, and 2 inches from my waist. I’ve lost a lot of fat, I’m way more toned and I can see my six pack forming. The workout videos are free which is really cool. Give it a go.
