what are the best fat burning foods?

i am 15 and i do exercise and eat well and my body is ok fit arms and legs (not chubby) but my tummy is the thing that gets me so i was looking for some good fat burners.

the best thing is exercise.
Try this : lay on your back, body stretched.Lift your legs straight of the ground reaching to the ceiling and bring them back slowly without touching the floor.Try doing 3 sets of 15 every day and after few days do 20, 25,…on each set.

  4. Oatmeal. 100% whole wheat Bread. Nuts, popcorn. Fish baked not fried. Salmon, my personal favorite. Beans. Just to name a few. Follow the Mediterrean Diet. It works.
