What are some healthy foods that will help me put on weight?

I have a very high metabolism so I burn fat pretty quickly and have always been thin. It was never a problem before because I always ate a lot. However, lately I have been stressed and busy so I have stopped eating as much and lost almost 15 pounds over the past half a year. I want to gain back that weight healthily. So what foods would be good for that, or is there an eating schedule I should follow?
Well i cant really name some but stick with lean meats, tuna, salmon, tilapia any sort of fish really, complex carbs like pasta and whole wheat bread, u know stuff like that. Some avocado for healthy fats.

I’d say make sure you eat a good amount of protein and whole grains. Keeping a food journal helps.
Also, it sounds like you have hyperthyroidism. Do some research and get some blood work done

Just figure out how many calories ur supposed to have in a day. (. Somewhere on google )
and eat that many through the day but use it on good food because you don’t want to be unhealthy

I started putting on fat after university. Then I started working; I had no time to look after my body and exercise, etc. I was trying to drop the fat but it was too difficult as I’m still really busy and most of time had to go out to eat because of my job.
