What are good daily core workouts that will burn stomach fat and give you harder abs?

I am a 15 year old girl and i am not fat but ive had a few bad weeks of eating and i was wondering if there are any core workouts that will help me lose a little stomach weight also any helpful foods would be great like some i should eat and some i should stay away from
(i dont need beginner workouts i would be good with and easy one or an intense one i am just looking to lose extra weight)

Dead lifts.

Seriously, they work out abs faster than sit ups, but forget losing stomach fat, the fat will leave you body in the reverse order that you put it on, that will always be true. Spot reducing is a myth.
