continued…and a pie crust(no pie just the crust. the whole thing=800 calories and a lot of fat.) what should I do to burn off the extra calories tonight? also is it true that if you never eat stuff like this then if you eat a lot one night, it will get your metabolism up and wont hurt you. (i never eat junk food at all…all healthy food. i havent ate chocolate or any other sweets except weight watchers or curves sweet stuff for over a year..or fast food..fries or anything)

It seems like a lot of fat intake. My advice is go out and take a half hour walk or jog and make sure you have some water with you so you won’t come dehydrated.

  1. run for a bit if it will make you feel better. It won’t do you any harm to eat all that rubbish though. it’s just a one off. relax. maybe treat yourself to something every now and then so you don’t binge.
