Recommended cardio exercises (gym AND home)/diet for burning fat? And any extra advice?
Hey there everybody, I’m wanting to lose some fat. I’m 15, 122lbs (have been that way since I was 12), and I have an even layer of fat all over my body. I need to know what kind of foods to eat, what kind of exercises to do, and anything else that might help me lose some fat. My reason, mainly, is to try and look better by summer. You know, at the pool, all that.
Looking for NATURAL help, not pills. Seriously, people, I’m 15.
Eat healthy foods and use portion control to avoid over eating, over eating causes weight gain and it is very easy to over eat. Learn proper portion sizes, weigh and measure in the beginning until you are able to eye ball it in the future.
Cardio exercise will burn fat but you have to do at least 40 minutes of cardio exercise.
Weight training is also extremely important, it increases muscle mass which in turn increases your metabolism so you will burn the food you eat instead of storing it as body fat.
Start running. Begin w/ 1-2 miles and go up from there…you’ll not regret it!
