Ok I’m fat and I want to change that please help?

Ok im 15 years old turning 16 this Monday and I weigh in at 212 pounds I’m not going to lie I’m chubby and I’m 5 foot 7 so what foods are good fat burners and what exercises are good for fat burning and what’s a good diet routine any help would be helpful thanks in advance!!!

Go play a sport, joing a boxing gym, or take dance-classes, whatever’s more your thing, the structure, and targetted exercise will be most effective.

Food wise, don’t squeeze the total food, just change the food, less high-carb foods(potato/bread/pasta and so on), double your vegetables(you can eat an omelet with vegetables for lunch), and make sure you eat some protein with every meal/snack, to build muscle, and protect your core.

That should have you start transforming your body pretty quickly(especially if you learn to box, it’s very intense).

  2. you can eat what ever you want, just make sure you eat it in moderation. only eat enough, so it sustains your body. and burn more calories then you eat. Drink lots of water. Doing this will make the weight decrease.

  3. It might be interesting for you to keep a food log for 1 week. That way you can take a look at your current diet to help you understand what is causing you to be over weight… Do you snack a lot? Do you eat the wrong kinds of foods?

Once you have that food diary go and visit your doctor they will be able to help you find a nutritional and exercise plan that will work for you and most importantly will be safe.

    Good luck

  4. There are no foods that are ‘fat burners’ Sorry, but you’re going to have to burn your own fat.
Stop eating shit. Exercise a lot.
(spoilers: you will never stop being a whale. 212 pounds? Are you kidding me?)

  5. If you’ve chosen to go on a diet, make sure you have enough nutrients. Here are some tips on them.

~ The amount of food you take
This is very important. Some people are just so keen on losing weight that they prefer not to eat and skip breakfast and all. You should not skip breakfast as it provides you energy throughout the whole day. You must at least have a simple breakfast. A few slice of bread or biscuits (bread is better than biscuits cause biscuits are quite dry) and a hot drink would do fine.

As for lunch, I recommend you to take enough to fill your tummy. 65-75% full is fine. The time when you should take the least amount of food is dinner. As people don’t usually work at night so their quantity of energy’s hardly used during night time.

    ~ What you eat
You should always check the nutrition label on the things you eat. We often check the amount of fats in the label but did you notice that carbonated drinks don’t actually have much fat. If you’re wondering how they make you fat, then check again. They come from the amount of sugar added to it.

~ Fruits and vegetables you take
The thing about fruits and vegetables is that they’re natural so you may think they’re not fattening but prove me wrong, some ARE fattening. Fruits such as aavocados coconuts, corns and durians are very fattening (Don’t panic!) but their fats are the GOOD type of fats, so their fats are hardly stored under our skin but that doesn’t mean you should often eat them. They do provide you with many vitamins, especially avocados – they’re delicious and healthy (except for the fattening part)

Besides that, fruits are high in sugar so careful of what fruits you take. Fruits like mangoes, bananas, oranges, grapes, dragon fruits and so on are high in sugar but you can eat them regularly. One or two a day won’t do much harm.

~ Food that helps burn fats
Low-fat yoghurt or fat-free yoghurts are healthy food you can put into your meals. Eat them as desserts and snacks or even for lunch is good. Scientists have discovered that yoghurt not only helps you in your digestive system, but also help burn fats. If you usually eat yoghurts, they can help you lose some weight – especially belly fats (which are one of the most dangerous fats compared to other parts)

Make sure you have a healthy diet and not starve yourself. If once your metabolism slows down and you plan to give up on the diet plan, you did end up finding it much easier to gain weight than losing weight. Lean fat meats are fine and they provide you with the protein your body needs. Low-fat milk is something I take for granted too. They have vitamin A, B, D and E. Not only that, they are also rich in calcium, iron, phosphorus and potassium which can help you maintain a fit and healthy body.

I’m actually underweight but I managed to cut 2kg more after following these things. Try it and see if it works. It could even be easier for you than me.

  7. You want to find foods that help your metabolism. Eat lots of veggies of course. And fruit. Tomatoes and tea help your metabolism. You want to eat 5 small meals a day. Running, sit ups, crunches, lunges. But just remember, its not going to happen over night. It takes a lot of time, effort, and commitment to lose weight. Good luck!:) and also, cut out junk food and high calorie drinks! If you want to snack, snack on an apple or other fruit or vegetable. Try drinking 0 calorie drinks like diet soda or just plain water.

  9. Running, jogging, cycling, swimming, dancing, push ups, sit ups, squats, brisk walking and power walking all help for weight loss but dieting helps more.

You can always eat negative calorie foods for weight loss and below is a list of negative calorie foods that will boost your metabolism.

    Negative Calorie Fruits:
    apples
    cranberries
    grapefruit
    lemons
    mangoes
    oranges
    pineapple
    raspberries
    strawberries
    tangerines

    Negative Calorie Vegetables:
    asparagus
    beets
    broccoli
    cabbage (green)
    carrots
    cauliflower
    celery
    Chile peppers (hot)
    cucumber
    dandelions
    endives
    garden cress
    garlic
    green beans
    lettuce
    onions
    papaya
    radishes
    spinach
    turnips

These foods don’t actually have negative calories but when you eat these foods raw or slightly cooked your body burns more calories digesting and processing them than what is in the food itself.

For a healthy weight loss add some of these foods to your diet each day. Most of them are full of healthy nutrients.

  11. There is no such thing as food that burns fat, however there are some foods that take more calories to digest, than they put on. Therefore you lose weight eating them.
    Some food like this are:
Cucumbers, celery, oranges, strawberries, tangerines, grapefruit, carrots, apricots, lettuce, tomatoes, watermelon, cauliflower, apples, hot chili peppers and zucchini.

Also you should maybe think about joining an athletics club or other sports club. There you will exercise and meet new people. If you can’t do that even just an hour or 2 of jogging once per week would help. Sport has been proven to improve self esteem.

Another thing is to stop eating sugar. My mother lost about 30 pounds in a couple of months when she quit eating sugar, she replaced every chocolate bar with toast and peanut butter. But it’s up to you what to replace it with…

Remember to eat a varied diet though, preferably 5 fruit/veg per day (people are actually meant to eat about 14 fruit/veg a day or something like that, but experts make it 5 because it is more manageable and realistic). You need to remember to eat enough iron (broccoli, red meat, some cereals, kidney beans) and protein (chicken, fish) otherwise you are at risk of becoming anemic or becoming ill from malnutrition.

Overall you need to be very careful and I recommend you visit a dietitian for help.

(Oh and I would most definitely not recommend weight watchers meals, they lack certain things normal food doesn’t, and they are not 100% natural. They can leave you feeling bloated and hungry therefore you may feel the need to eat more, and you could put on more weight)

    Good Luck! x
