Ok i need to lose 15 pounds! Helppppp?
Alright I am 17 and 5′3 also Im about 135 in the morning and by the end of the day im 140.
I really would like to lose 15 pounds. Over the summer I have been eating a lot.
Before summer started i was 125 at the most. so i have been packing some pounds on.
I am starting school tomorrow and I need a good diet plan and exercise plan as well, I can’t do any sports this semester, because i going to be doing drivers ed & Im waiting for softball session. I need to get in shape for that also. Anywayyyss I need something i can work with without Interrupting my school stuff. I was also considering taking weight loss pills??? I would feel so much better if i could lose some weight and get fit, im not fat or chubby nothing like that im actually pretty tight, no rolls but my stomach is just a little chubby, i really wanna work on my stomach really. would running help?? someone help.

Do a proven fitness and diet program and you should definitely get good results. Check out the Fat X Program from www.FatX101.com. It’s pretty good at burning off body fat and for getting toned fast. The workout videos and diet info are free. It worked great for me. Good luck.
