I would like to lose 15 lbs in two weeks. Is that possible?
In two weeks I would like to lose 15 pounds. I would like to know if this is possible? Could someone give me advice on how to achieve this? Right now I plan on cutting out fast food, drinking only water, and cutting the amount of food I would normally eat in half. What are some tasty fat burning foods? Thanks you for all your help.
I lost 11 Ibs in 8 days… don’t think it’s healthy though? and I seem to lose weight faster than the normal person… I counted my calories and ate small portions.. wrote it all down in a journal

an ideal way to lose weight is to keep your metabolism running high. if you cut the amount of food you eat in half your body will slow down your metabolism so that it actually makes it more difficult to lose weight. a better idea is to each a small snack, such as some carrots or almonds or something else like a fruit, veggie, or granola bar…maybe some yogurt or a 100 calorie pack pudding…every 2 or 2 and a half hours, as well as small meals of lean meats and plenty of fruits and vegetables.

yes its possible if u work hard.drink 10cups of water a day or more,drink green tea 2s a day.eat a lot of fruit in the morning.run 1-2 hours a day if u wana lose 15lbs in 2 weeks.boxing is a good way of losing weight.u can buy a boxing bag in walmart for 60$ when ur done with it return it and get ur money back xD.box for 2 hours a day.rent ab work out videos. if u do all this ull lose 15 lb for sure.
