  4. go join a gym and hire a personal trainer to guide you…workout 6 days a week doing moderate cardio, lift weights and do calisthenics too..calorie shift your food intake,drink only water and see how hot you will look on the 1st of October!

  6. heres my advice, stay away from anything with a lot of fat or sugar doesnt mean dont eat anything with it in there, just stay away from chips and cake and cookies and stuff like that. and also excersize for 3 to 3 1/2 hours a say for five days every week and that will work great. but im 125 pounds and i droped 1 pants size in 2 weeks and stayed the same weight. now i did the same thikng i just told u but i darank a large protien shake after that and burned a lot of fat and no mucel so now im thiner and not less healthy so ur choice.

  7. Well I don’t know the best foods to burn fat but try this diet. I’ve been doing it hoping to lose 20 pounds…Beans are kind of icky but this diet is actually very effective and healthy because it still includes carbs, just "slow carbs" Best of all it’s completely free, theres no hard to put together recipes, there’s a cheat day, and it works! kay sorry I sound like an infomercial lol

    It says "no excersice" but most people still excersice so I’m doing Jillian Michael’s 30-day Shred and pairing it with a kundalini yoga dvd called Fat Free Yoga. The yoga is supposed to be really good at culturing your metabolism.
    Both these dvds are sold on Amazon for around $11

What you can do is drink plenty of water no more juice or sodas.Also eat smaller portions of your meals.And you dont have to eat 3 heavy meals each day you could try to eat a light healthy breakfast and like 3 hours later a piece of fruit or something with low carbs in it and so on.Try to exercise about 30 min. a day for example swim and if you don’t have a pool no worries you could take a jog around your block,ride your bike, dribble a soccer ball, whatever you like too do :D And something very important when people feel hungry they are really just thirsty so what you should do is next time you feel hungry drink a full tall glass of cold water and you’ll see that it will go away but if you are still hungry just grab an orange or strwberries
