how to lose fat with vegetables?
Ok so usually I would have considered not eating for days but I do not want to die young! So they say that if you fast, after three days your body begins to burn fat. But I was thinking of a different approach, like saying only eating fat-free foods…mostly vegetables and egg whites(for protein) to see if that can be similar to fasting though I wouldn’t be actually starving myself. Will this work? I mean I would still go for an hour run but I am in need of losing 15% of my body fat ! If there is a different approach please tell me.
different sources of protein contain different types of proteins, vitamins and minerals. your body needs all of these types to fiction properly. If you are seriously considering cutting out meat and replacing it with alternate sources you need to do your research or you could end up causing more damage then you realize.
Ps. extreme diets are only temporary solutions. once you start eating normally again your body will gain all the weight back. you should just adopt a healthier lifestyle.
