How can I tone my stomach, butt, and thighs?

Types of exercises besides crunches (l already know that one) Also, how much of a difference does using those yoga balls make in comparison to the floor? Also, some fat burning foods? My goal is to drop 15+ lbs and make my thighs and stomach less jiggly, and my butt more firm. Thanks! I’m 5′ 5", 140 lbs, female if that helps.

Hey there Xeena (I do like your avatar). I’m really glad you’ve actually done some work of your own, searching for good types of exercises and plans to help tone your body, instead of just asking without having learnt something on your own. Nice!

Firstly, the Yoga you mentioned is more of a sport to increase your "flexibility" and calm. Not a good one if you wish to tone your stomach, butt and thighs.

Crunches are good, but I would "strongly" recommend Pilates.
Pilates has its core based on focusing in muscle toning and fat burning! It’s the perfect sport you should try out! Later I’ll give you a place for typical pilates exercises. It just takes 15 to 20 min a day to do. Very easy!

Now, along with that great workout, you must also combine it with some effective and healthy supplements!

I personally recommend the acai berry supplement. :)

The acai fruit pulp has a very high antioxidant capacity with even more antioxidant content than cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, or blueberry! Plenty of research supports eating a diet rich in antioxidants to promote weight loss and a healthy life.

My girlfriend tried the acai berry concentrated supplement and the diet really worked well for her. Let me add that it’ll aid weight loss by suppressing your appetite and increasing your metabolism a bit, thereby aiding in the burning of calories.

I mean you still need to eat sensibly, and combine at least some exercise(like the Pilates I highly recommended before) along with your diet plan.
Do not expect to indulge in barrels of ice cream and cheese, and then rely on your acai berry supplement to melt the fat away miraculously in 3 or 7 days. LOL

  1. Do the Fat X Workout and Diet program. It’s a 12 day fat burning and weight loss program that will help you burn fat and tone up fast. You can do it as many times as you want. While it’s not as flashy as P90X and those other beach body programs, I actually believe it works a lot better. The videos are free on the Fat X 101 blog. Good luck.
