How can i loose belly fat without exersice?
im 15 and i want to loose my belly fat people tell me i have a nice body but i just have a small belly..how can i get rid of it without exersise because i really dont have enought time to work out because my parents are so busy and im always with them.any trix on what to eat?any foods that help u burn belly fat?anything please!!!!

Hello gangsta you, its gonna be really hard to loose belly fat with no excercise, especially without loosing some muscle tone in your legs or hips, or any area of your body that you want muscle in. This is because your body needs sugar to function. Fat is stored sugar. So in order for your body to use up ur stored sugar, u have to eat a very lean diet. But your body is somewhat lazy, so before it works to break up fat to use it as fat, it will use protein in ur muscle, making you loose muscle mass. That is why you see marathon runners who are sticks with no muscle mass. What you need is a good diet and excercise that you can spread throught the day, even if its five mins at a time. Also watch your carb and sugar intake, eat healthy.

  4. sucking in ur stomach WILL tighten the muscles. Also the average person burns 2,000 calories a day doing normal every day things just think if u did a little MORE than the normal everyday things u’d see results faster.
