How can I get faster and burn fat?

Right now i am 5′11 200 lbs. at 15. The only problem is I’m not fast at all, how can I get faster WHILE burning overall body fat? Summer is just starting so I have time, a weekly workout with specific foods would help, my big goal is to play tight end next year.

It is a combination of proteins and working out running it great but you also need to work out after you run…. I run for 20 minutes everyday and do a hour to hour and a half workout everyday and everyday i see if i can do better than i did the day before if you do not push yourself to run more with higher intervals then it will take you much longer there is a pre workout i take every day it is called "Jacked 3d" you can get it at any protein store but also taking a slow release protein at night helps it releases protein while you sleep so you do not wake up all night feeling hungry and you do not eat as much in the mornings and i take one before lunch when start getting hungry to slow how much i eat…… My workout is as i said 20 minutes of cardio each day (but i push myself to make it harder everyday it will hurt but it is all worth it) on monday i do my chest work out if you want to get lean do high reps low weight if you want strength do low reps heavy weight i do a mixture of both kind of in the middle 4 sets of 12 on everything you do also….. tuesday i do back and biceps…. wednesday i do triceps….. thursday i do shoulders and traps….. friday is a hit up day if you want to do legs to legs if you did a workout during the week that you feel you didnt do well then do it again and always push yourself to do better also joining a gym and seeing all the pretty girls helps out
