Good foods to help burn fat, and good cardio workouts?

What are some good foods to help me burn fat, and some good cardio/ab workouts? I want to target my abs, get rid of my belly fat and get more ab muscle. Does anyone know of some foods and workouts from experience? Thanks in advance! (: Any answers are greatly appreciated, P.S. I’m 15 and I weigh about 120lbs. I’m not really fat, I just want to get rid of the little part of belly fat I have.
