    The best anti-aging product I’ve ever seen is actually Alex Chiu’s Magnetic Discovery. The other people are just nonsense.

  2. Honey is not all …
    Honey is not all that different from HFCS and white sugar, other than it’s natural. If you were to eat a comparable amount of honey as HFCS consumption you would have problems.

    Honey only has good natural properties if it’s raw. And finding raw honey is very difficult because most producers heat it above 105degF for pouring, and it’s no longer raw. Health food stores only, you won’t find raw honey at the grocery.

    Of course honey is prefered over processed sugars, but quantity is still an issue

    The people who disagree that HFCS is bad are probably fatasses that are 100+ pounds overweight. Go on to a body building forum and you will see body builders do not drink gatorade. HFCS messes with the system and are empty calories. Water is seriously magical, and people should start drinking it.

    Fruits aren’t that healthy in terms of weight loss and body building, in fact in generaly they aren’t. Too many sugars and not the best carbohydrate source. However, fruits are a better substitute for most the crap people eat normally.
