Does this sound like a good weight loss/fat burning plan?

No Fast Food
Only 1/2 pop a day. (Might begin at one, then slowly go to only 1/2)
No sugary desserts(ice cream, cake, candy)
Only a small 1-hand fill of chips a day.
Drink tons and tons of water.
Go to the gym everyday of the week including Saturday. Sunday swimming.
I will do 15 reps per workout station. And 15 mins on elliptical, 15 mins on bike, 15 mins on treadmill.
Does this sound effective?
no, im just saying if i WANT chips, ill only have one hand full.
It sounds good but may I suggest that you cut out the handful of chips everyday. One handful of chips EVERYDAY??!! I wouldn’t even go near anything that comes out of a package. That is 10 lbs every year that you could have lost.

That is a stupid diet. Just eat good and exercise. You will be a lot better off.

Stop eating junk all together.
Going to the gym 7 days a week is not good. 4-5 days is perfectly fine. Just moving weights on any machine isn’t going to do anything. You have to get on a workout plan. A workout plan that fits your goals.
15min on each machine is pointless. Stopping in between is no good. Incline cardio, best for fat loss and get your heart rate into its target zone and keep it there for 45 min.

The diet sounds like a really bad idea. This sounds like starving yourself, which will make your body store all the fat it can get.
Instead of eating teenie tiny bits of chips and soda, have lots of healthy, low-fat foods like fruits, vegetables, lean meat, and legumes. Drinking water is good, but don’t drink "tons and tons" of it. Too much water is actually bad for you.
Is there a nutritionist at your gym? I recommend talking to one to formulate a healthy diet for you.

this does sound very good.
as long as the chips arent salty! stay away from salty foods (they retain water. and we all hate waterweight) instead try whole grains or bananas and watermelon (theyre rich in potassium)
yay for water!
and this is a great routine, but its easier said then done. and once u do it and it becomes a habit it wont seem like work, itll be part of ur daily life
