best foods to burn fat, and some diet recipes.?

i use to be in shape, now i am about 35 pounds over weight, my ONLY problem is that i get bored of food. what are some recipes for good salads, fruits, smoothies, eggs, lean meat, etc. i only know of a few foods, im not to food creative so after about 3-4 days of dieting i get bored and eat pb&j.
also, what PROVEN foods burn fat, and if i work out {cardio} for 45 minutes a day and eat healthy, assuming i do this 6 days a week, can i lose 35 pounds by dec. 15th?
