Best fat burning, metabolism raising foods?

I’m looking to lose weight, I’m 15, 155 pounds, 5′9, I’d like to lose 25 pounds in 3ish months. Also, what are some good tummy and arm excercises? Those are my ‘problem areas’, thank-you:)
Crunches are great for tummy problems. 10 minutes every other day. It also might be best to do them before eating a meal as that is the time your body is most likely to burn off fat stores.

Eat fibers more and avoid all kinds of fast-foods. Try to walk at least 30 minutes a day. Fill your belly with foods like fruits and vegetables.
