AM I FAT AT ALL…………..?!?
I am 16 years old and a female. I’m 5′1 and around 85 lbs. I’m eating about 1000-1200 calories per day (my BMR is 1200) and burning about 300-600 per day, doing moderate exercise, like yoga and running. I’m trying to cut back on what im eating, like only healthy foods like whole grains, fruit and lean protein, like lean chicken and shrimp and beans. But im really wondering if any of my measurements seems fat.
Wrist: 5 inches
Upper arm: about 8 inches
Bust: 32 A
Waist: 23.5 inches
Hips: 29 inches
Thighs (upper): 16 inches
Thighs (middle): 15 inches
Calves (middle): 10 inches
Ankles: 6 inches
I’m just feeling fat b/c there seems to be like gazillions of people who are like 5′7 and have like 23 inch waists and 13 inch thighs and i feel so freaking fat and im scared to eat cuz im worried about gaining weight. Like if i eat more food than i planned on eating even if its somewhat healthy, i feel really bad.
Just tell me if any measurement seems fat at all!
